Every contract.
On the record.
Hickori is where a firm drafts, signs and keeps its contracts — with evidence behind every signature, and AI that answers from the paper and shows you the clause it read.

Ask
What notice do we need to give to end this?
Sixty days’ written notice, by either party, before the renewal date. §12.2
Register
Renewal notice due · 14 Nov
Renews 1 Jan for twelve months unless notice is given. Read from the contract; you get a reminder before the window closes.
Signed isn’t finished.
Most firms draft in one tool, sign in another, and file the PDF somewhere a person has to remember. The contract is done; knowing what it says is not.
Then the renewal window closes unnoticed. Someone negotiates from last month’s draft. A client questions a signature, and the evidence is an email thread.
Hickori keeps the paper, the signatures and the dates in one record, so the firm knows what it agreed to — and can prove it.
How it works
One record, from first draft to renewal.
Draft and review
Bring in the other side's paper or start from a template. Each round is a numbered version, the client reviews the one you sent while you keep working, and the draft switches to tracked changes when the negotiating starts.
Sign
Signers sign where the page says to sign, after a plain-English disclosure. Each signature records who, when, from where, and a fingerprint of exactly what they saw.
Remember
Hickori reads terms, renewals and notice deadlines out of the contract and proposes them for one register across the firm, with a reminder before each window closes. Nothing lives only in somebody's head.
Ask
Ask a contract, or the whole firm, a question in plain English. Every answer cites the clause it came from, so you check the source instead of trusting a summary.
Evidence
A signature that holds up.
If a signature is ever questioned, the answer is already written down. Opposing counsel can check a document against the record on Hickori’s public verify page — no account, and the document never leaves their browser. A signer who didn’t sign can report it from the confirmation email.
- The name the signer typed, and the email the link was sent to
- The date and time, from Hickori's own servers, in UTC
- The network address and browser the signature came from
- A SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact document they were shown
- The disclosure and agreement they accepted, by version
- A certificate of completion, attached to the signed PDF
AI, on your terms
Bring your own AI. Keep the final say.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that speaks MCP to your firm’s Hickori. It can read your contracts and propose dates for the register — and nothing it proposes is written until a person approves it in Hickori.
“Add the renewal dates from the Aster Peak MSA.”
Your assistant reads the contract, finds the term and the notice period, and sends back one link. You open it, see exactly what would change, and approve it — or don’t.
